Michael Wayne Still

Michael "Mike" Wayne Still, 56, of Michigan, entered into the arms of his Heavenly Father on December 12, 2025, while working in Ohio to support his family. Born December 18, 1968, to Brother Jimmy and Cynthia Still, Mike lived a life full of love, faith, and adventure.

Mike was an avid hunter and fisherman who found peace and purpose in the great outdoors, where he felt closest to God, the creator of all earthly beauty. His happiest moments were spent in nature, sharing those experiences with family and friends.

He is survived by his loving family: his mother, Cynthia Still; sister, Lori Groth (Sgt Maj Jon Groth, USMC Retired); daughter, Heather Still (Matthew Ozburn); his devoted wife, Darcy Still; grandchildren, Ayden Garton and Gabriel Tyler Sovulewski Jr.; nephew, Dakota Groth (Jeimy); great-niece and nephew, Natalia and Lee Kia Groth; stepchildren Aspen, Heather, Skylar, and Justin Norton, along with their partners and children; and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Mike was preceded in death by his father, Brother Jimmy Darrell Still of Arkansas, and grandparents Gerald and Julia Still and Albert and Sue Faultersack of Michigan.

Multiple services will be held to honor Mike's life, which was spent at home in Arkansas, in the mountains of Utah hunting with family, and on the road working in Ohio.

A memorial service will be hosted by his daughter on January 17, 2026, at Petit Jean State Park, 1285 Petit Jean Mountain Road, Morrilton, Arkansas 72110, at 11:00 a.m., in the Visitor Center Meeting Room, led by Brother Doyal Glass. Friends and family are invited to join us in celebrating Mike's life and sharing cherished memories.

Mike's legacy of faith, hard work, and love for the outdoors will live on in all who knew him. The family thanks everyone for their prayers and support during this time.
