Michelle Oldfield Briggs-Ahmed

Michelle Anne Oldfield Briggs-Ahmed, age 53.

Michelle was born on June 14, 1971 in Cincinnati, Ohio and passed away unexpectedly last year on March 22, 2025 at Shands Memorial Hospital, Gainesville, Florida.

Michelle was married to Tariq, of Havana, FL and was the loving daughter of Darlene and the late Don Oldfield.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her mother Darlene Oldfield of Johnson City, TN, her sister Carrie Lee (Timothy) of Johnson City, TN, and her nephews Tyler Lee (Claire) of Durham, NC and Austin Lee of Johnson City, TN.

Michelle worked for Keith Lawson Services in Tallahassee, FL for over 10 years and made many dear friends and happy memories.

She loved her cats, and was a lover of all animals. She was known to adopt many neighborhood stray animals, including a possum she named Clive.

Michelle will be remembered by her family and friends as always smiling and laughing. She loved a good joke and was generous and kind.
