Miriam Passarge

Miriam Flossie "Meme" Passarge, 79, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025, in West Chester, Ohio. Meme was born on June 17, 1946, in Lowell, Massachusetts before moving to Rising Sun, Indiana when she was 12 years old. She is a 1964 Rising Sun High School graduate. Beloved daughter of George and Veronica Jones and beloved sister to Tom Jones and George Jones.

Known affectionately as "Meme," Miriam was a cherished presence in the lives of those around her. Her warmth and kindness left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Throughout her life, she embraced her roles as a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, companion, wife and friend with unwavering love and dedication.

She is lovingly remembered by her sons, Chris Passarge and Mike Passarge; her grandchildren Anthony Passarge, Alyssa Armela (Passarge), Nathan Passarge, Shane Passarge, Aiden Passarge, Paisley Wagner-Passarge, Presley Wagner-Passarge, Carson Johnson and great granddaughter Breya Armela. Each of them carries forward her legacy of love and strength.

Miriam was preceded in death by her her life-companion Lloyd Kellerman, former husband Thomas Passarge, her parents, George and Veronica Jones, as well as her brother George Jones.

May her memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her. A Celebration of Life will be held on January 10, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Crossroads Church - Mason located at 990 Reading Road, Mason, OH 45044. Come any time between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to celebrate the life of Meme with her family and friends.
