Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Nadine later made her home in the Washington, DC area, where she spent many years building a life centered on family, friendship, and love.
Nadine was a devoted and loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was known for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication to those she loved.
She is survived by her children, Ellen Spiegel and Eric Blankenstein, her son in law Adam Spiegel and daughter in law Meredith Blankenstein, Paul Blankenstein and her four cherished grandchildren, Sophie, Emily, Chloe and Max. She is also survived by her loving sisters Gail Farber (Gerry) and Libby Bruch and her nieces Beth Fromkin (Drew) and Ivy Herman (Russell).
