Nancy H. Ford was born in Philadelphia, PA on November 1, 1940. Her parents were Madelyn and Frank Genis. She died on January 7, 2026. Nancy graduated from Pennridge High School in Perkasie, PA in 1958. From Pennsylvania, she made her home in Oklahoma, where she married the love of her life, Robert Ford, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sister, Virginia Green, and Nancy's three children: Donna Tokar Wallace, Michael Tokar and his wife, Sandy; Robbie Tokar and his wife, Becky and Robbie's son, Tylor. Nancy loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Alexa Wallace; Jenna Rowton Buck, whose children are Landon, Aniston, and Caroline; and Chelsea Rowton Fike, whose children are Mila and Owen.
Nancy attended the Mayflower Congregational Church. She was an avid reader, participating in Book Club at Full Circle Books. She will be remembered for her artistic abilities, with a passion for painting horses. For several years, she dedicated her life through Helping Others 365 by feeding the homeless. She was a loving "cat Mama, " caring for her three cats: Henry, Binx and Walker. Nancy enriched the lives of friends and family, and she will be sorely missed.
