Nancy Lynn Iverson

Nancy Lynn Iverson, 71, passed away on February 2, 2026. Born on December 8, 1954, in Baltimore, MD. Nancy's life was marked by her empathetic, compassionate, patient, and friendly nature, qualities that endeared her to all who knew her.

Nancy's career journey reflected her nurturing spirit. She began as a legal secretary in Washington, DC, where she worked for several prominent law firms. Her passion for helping others led her into childhood education, where she served as a teacher's aide in an elementary school, enriching the lives of many young students. Eventually, she transitioned to becoming a nanny, a role she cherished, as it allowed her to provide care and love within a close-knit family environment.

Nancy is survived by her sons, Trenton Roudabush and Timothy Iverson; three grandchildren; and her siblings, James, Patricia, Elaine Swinimer, and Linda Tyzack. She was preceded in death by her parents, Warren and Lillian Swinimer; her brother, Richard Swinimer; her sister, Helen Granger; and her son, Michael Roudabush.

A gathering to honor Nancy's life will be held on Saturday, May 23, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Orioles Nest in Frederick, MD. Her life's impact and the warmth she spread will be remembered and cherished by all who were fortunate to know her.
