Nikki Lynn Kressmann, 68, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on October 29, 2025. Born on February 9, 1957, Nikki spent most of her life in Phoenix, raising her daughters Tiffany and Karri with humor, grit, and a fiercely protective love.
Nikki was known for her sharp wit, her contagious laugh, and her ability to turn ordinary days into memorable ones. She loved crafting, reading, button-making, watching Dirty Dancing, Pirates of the Caribbean, Harry Potter, cheering at hockey games, and staying busy with projects. She filled her family's life with inside jokes, birthday countdowns, and the kind of steady presence that made everything feel handled — even if she complained while doing it.
For nearly two decades, Nikki shared a deep and steady partnership with her husband Rafael Lester, who described her simply as "the love of my life." Together they built a life of small joys — morning coffee, shared jokes, road trips, hockey games, and the comfort of knowing they'd found their person.
Nikki is survived by her husband Rafael; her daughters Tiffany and Karri; and her grandchildren Christian, Ashley, Adrianna, and Lilianna.
A Celebration of her life is on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 3:30-6:30 PM at Christ the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Phoenix.
8801 N 43rd Ave
In lieu of flowers, the family invites attendees to bring a dish to share at the memorial — something simple that does not require heating.
Nikki will be remembered for her humor, her stubbornness, her loyalty, and the unmistakable spark she brought into the lives of everyone who knew her.
