O. G. William “Bill” Rumsch

O. G. William “Bill” Rumsch II, affectionately known as Bill, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2026, in Tyler, Texas. Born on November 28, 1942, in Los Angeles, California, Bill lived a life marked by dedication to his faith, family, and service.

A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Bill served his country with honor and commitment.

Bill was an avid golfer who found joy and camaraderie on the greens. Beyond golf, Bill was deeply rooted in his faith as an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church. His involvement in the church community reflected his steadfast devotion and spiritual strength.

Bill is survived by his loving wife, Debi Rumsch; his daughters Jacquelyn Smith and Traci Large. He is also remembered lovingly by his sisters, Penny Anderson and Beverly Stevens. His family will forever cherish the memories they created together and the love he shared with them.

May Bill’s memory bring comfort to those who knew him and serve as a reminder of a life well-lived.
