Patricia Frisoli

Patricia “Patty” Frisoli (Diliberto), age 64, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2026, at Massachusetts General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on March 29, 1961, in Cambridge, Patty was the cherished daughter of the late Peter and Yolanda Diliberto (Stefanini). She was predeceased by her siblings Gregory Diliberto, Cindy DeLuca, and Diane Femino.
Patty was the devoted wife of Paul for 37 loving years. She was a proud mother to her son Paul and his wife Makenzie, and her daughter Nicole. Her greatest joy was her granddaughter Eloise, who brought endless light and laughter into her life. She also leaves behind her beloved Doberman, Chloe, her loyal companion of 12 years, and Mae, the family dog shared with Paul, Makenzie, and Eloise.
She is survived by her sisters Anita, Jackie, Lisa, Honey, and Rose, and many treasured nieces and nephews. Family was at the center of Patty’s life, and she loved deeply, generously, and unconditionally.
For over 30 years, Patty devoted herself to her career as a Medical Ophthalmic Technician, caring for patients with skill, compassion, and a gentle heart. She touched countless lives and left a lasting impression on all who knew her professionally.
Patty embraced life fully. She loved food, travel, music, wine, cooking, and reading. Her kitchen was often the heart of family gatherings, filled with laughter and warmth. Her happiest place on earth was Cape Cod, where she found peace, joy, and created many treasured memories with family and friends.
A devout Catholic, Patty’s faith guided her throughout her life. She lived with grace, courage, and unwavering trust in God, inspiring all who knew her.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on March 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 770 Mt. Auburn Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Patty’s memory to the American Cancer Society.
Patty’s love, warmth, and spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed, forever cherished, and never forgotten.
