Penny D Boisel

Penny D. Boisel, age 56 of Lake Elsinore, CA passed away on January 29, 2026. She was born the daughter of William H. and Barbara (Hill) Boisel on October 3, 1969. In Springfield, OH. She is preceded in death by her Father. She is survived by her Mother, son Travis W. (Megan) Smith, Grandchildren Carter, Cameron, Connor, Cali, Carmen, Sister Jodi Hastings as well as several nieces and nephews. Before moving to CA. Penny was employed at Walmart. She enjoyed spending time and making memories with her grandchildren especially Cali whom she had a special bond with, she also enjoyed and loved her beloved cats Zeke and Zaylee. In her free time Penny enjoyed cooking for family and friends. Penny will being missed by all that loved her. A private Celebration of life is being held to honor Penny.
