Peter O Bodnar

Peter O. Bodnar passed away peacefully on December 24, 2025, at the age of 80 in Delray Beach, FL. Born on March 19, 1945, Peter was a distinguished matrimonial attorney known for his brilliant legal mind and dedication to his clients. He was recognized as a Superlawyer for ten consecutive years and was an active member of the Westchester Bar.
Peter headed his firm BodnarMilone with caring and commitment.
Peter's intellectual pursuits extended beyond his professional life. He had a deep appreciation for politics, art, music, and theater, which reflected his quiet, introspective nature and his rich inner world.
Educationally, Peter was a proud alumnus of NYU and Fordham Law, where he honed the skills that would define his successful career.
He is survived by his loving wife, Robin Weiser; stepdaughters, Jessica (Tim) Weiser-McCarthy, Jill (Justin) Kurlanzik, and Lauren (Ari) Raivetz; and beloved grandchildren, Spencer, Jack, Sydney, Lila, Owen, and Sam. Peter was preceded in death by his parents, Edith and John Bodnar.
