Professionally, Peter was an award-winning landscape contractor through his company, Sullivan's Landscape. His work not only beautified many properties but also left a lasting legacy in the community.
Peter was a passionate sports enthusiast, particularly of Gaelic football and hurling, which he both played and enjoyed watching throughout his life. His love for these sports was only matched by his commitment to his faith and family.
