Phillip James Testa, Jr.

Phillip "Phil" Testa, 71, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on March 27, 2026. Born on November 16, 1954, in Chicago, Illinois, Phil lived a life defined by love, laughter, and an unwavering devotion to the people around him.

Phil grew up in Chicago, where he developed a lifelong love for the Blackhawks and a deep pride in his roots. He was the kind of guy who could light up a room with his sense of humor, always ready with a joke or a story that left everyone around him laughing. His warmth and wit were gifts he shared freely, and those who knew him never forgot it.

Among Phil's greatest passions was his beloved 1974 Monte Carlo, a car he cherished and maintained with the kind of dedication that only a true enthusiast could understand. He also loved to travel, exploring new places with the people who mattered most to him. But above all else, Phil's heart belonged to his family. They were his pride, his joy, and his reason for everything.

Phil was preceded in death by his father, Phillip Testa Sr., and his mother, Marian Testa. He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Testa; his sons, Brian Testa and Michael Testa; his grandson Lucien; his sister, Harriet O'Neill; his brother, Benedetto Testa; and nieces and nephews.

A devout Christian and faithful member of Burnt Hickory Church of Christ, Phil walked with the Lord throughout his life. His family takes comfort in knowing he is now at peace in the arms of his Savior.

A memorial service will be held on April 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Burnt Hickory Church of Christ in Dallas, Georgia. All who loved Phil are welcome to come together and celebrate a life so beautifully lived.
