Phillip Yacovone, 79, born June 8, 1946, was born and raised in Philadelphia and passed away after a long battle with COPD. He was preceded in death by his mother, Angelina Parisse; his father, Anthony Yacovone; and his sons, Michael Yacovone and Chaz McGuire.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carol Yacovone; his daughters, Chris Michocki, Chana Newport, and Angela Brooks; and his sons, Phillip Yacovone Jr. and Sean Yacovone. His grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the true joy of his life and the highlight of his days.
Phillip was a devoted Catholic and an active member of the Knights of Columbus and the Moose Lodge. He loved volunteering, traveling, and cooking for his family, always happiest when everyone was together.
