Phyllis A. Vasilik

Phyllis A. Vasilik passed away peacefully on February 20th, 2026, at Whitehall Manor in her hometown of Whitehall, Pennsylvania, at the age of 90. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 42 years, Joseph Vasilik Sr., who passed away in 2001.

Phyllis spent many years working for Allentown Sewing Manufacturing, both at their Allentown facility and from her home. She later completed her career with Dorney Printing, where she worked until her retirement in 2003.

In her free time, Phyllis enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles. She was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and also enjoyed watching college basketball.

She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis (preceded in death by her husband, Barry Hausman Sr.) and Patricia (Alex Maggitti Jr.); and her sons, Joseph Jr. and Jay (preceded in death by his wife, Betty). She was also blessed with eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew and loved her.

Services for Phyllis will be held Friday, February 27th at Weber Funeral Home, 502 Ridge Ave, Allentown, PA 18102 (610) 434-9349. A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by the funeral service, then burial in Laurel Cemetery off of Fullerton.
