Ramona Fay Williams

Ramona “Fay” Cicero Williams was born May 23, 1947 in Ben Wheeler, Tx (Redland Community) to the late Willie M. and Dollie Hill Cicero.

In 1966 she united in holy matrimony to Nathan Bailey. To this union five amazing children were born. Darrell D. preceded her in death, Portia E., Tawanna A., Teresa L., and Derrick L.

She met and married Bennie “BJ” Williams. They remained a happy and loving couple concentrating on their blended family, traveling and having fun until his death in 2014. She missed him dearly and spoke of him often

On February 03, 2026, Fay peacefully entered eternal rest . She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie M. and Dollie Cicero, her sons Darrell Bailey and Hiram “Wootie” Williams, her brothers Willie Harold Cicero, Bennie Charles Jones, Lester C. Sanders, Jessie Roy Sanders

She leaves to cherish her memories, her daughters Portia Brooks, Tawanna (Michael) Monroe, Teresa (Maurice) Bailey-Jones, Marilyn Bailey, and Harriet (John) Norman, her sons Derrick Bailey & Patrick (Vet) Williams, one brother Charles Willie Sanders and sisters Alice Widemon, Deborah Warren (Arthur), Eunice Cicero, Ruth Menefee, Ruby Price, Dorothy Sanders, & Francine Sanders.

She also leaves a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, three godchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
