Randall Eugene Kelly, 53, passed away on December 30, 2025, in Cobb County, Georgia. Born on January 12, 1972, in Fulton County, Georgia, Randall lived a life marked by creativity, humor, and an enduring sense of wonder. From a young age, Randall embraced the world with curiosity and imagination. As a child, he participated in the Cub Scouts and developed a love for skateboarding, dancing, music, and the arts, passions that would remain with him throughout his life. He was especially drawn to the works of Banksy, whose rebellious spirit and artistic vision inspired much of Randall's own creative expression. One of Banksy's famous quotes, "Speak softly, but carry a big can of paint." exquisitely captures the essence of Randall.
Randall pursued his artistic talents academically at Cape Cod Community College, where he earned an associate's degree in Graphic Design. His dedication and perseverance as an adult learner and single parent did not go unnoticed, he was honored at a scholarship award ceremony with the college's largest award for outstanding achievement. This recognition celebrated not only his academic success but also his role as a model of resilience and inspiration to fellow students.
Professionally, Randall explored various trades over the years. He had a flair for cooking -his chicken broccoli alfredo was particularly beloved, and dabbled in tattoo artistry. Yet it was graphic design that he was truly fascinated with. Whether working on digital projects or painting any and all found objects around him, Randall's creativity knew no bounds. Those who knew Randall will remember him as an eclectic and anomalous soul. He had an infectious sense of humor and was known for being an absolute goofball who loved making people laugh. Forever young at heart, he once dreamed of becoming a clown -a dream that reflected both his playful spirit and deep desire to bring joy to others. Randall also had a profound appreciation for animals and nature. In quieter moments, he could be found immersed in creative projects.
He leaves behind his mother, Joyce Kelly; father, Ward Kelly; sisters Elaine (Kelly) Wilder and Katherine (Kelly) Braun; two children, Kierra F. Kelly and Randall S. Kelly; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Randall lived life on his own terms -with laughter in his voice, spray paint on his hands, and a child-like sense of wonder in his eyes. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him and inspiration to those who continue to create boldly in their own lives.
