Randy Jan Goodwin

Randall(Randy) Jan Goodwin passed away after a surgical procedure on March 24, 2026. Randy was born December 8th, 1954 in Coleman, Tx to Earl and Mavis Goodwin. He graduated from Coleman High School in 1974 where he played football and athletics. He attended Tarleton State University and graduated in 1979. He later went to Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas and graduated in1992. He worked in Arlington as a chiropractor and then started his own clinic in Kansas until 2010. He then returned to Texas and worked for Birdville ISD. Randy enjoyed watching football and riding his motorcycle. He is survived by his sister Jodie Pate of Haltom City, brother Larry Goodwin and wife Donna of Temple, and brother Kary Goodwin of Haltom City, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Celebration of life memorial will be at the Coleman City Cemetery pavilion 1:00 PM on April 11, 2026. Service will be performed by Dick Schultz of Brownwood. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Cal Farley's Boys Ranch near Amarillo which Randy much admired and visited.
