With hearts full of gratitude, we celebrate the life of Becci Austin. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and faithful servant of our Lord Jesus Christ, who entered the arms of Jesus on March 30, 2026.

Born on August 29, 1950, to Alden and Betty Mastny in Central City Nebraska. She was a remarkable person from the beginning, she lived her life marked with compassion, humility, and a deep abiding for her Savior, Jesus Christ. She shared his love through her vibrant and abounding spirit. That spirit touching countless lives along her journey. Whether teaching, volunteering, or simply offering a listening ear, she reflected God's grace in all she did.

Becci cherished her family deeply and found great joy in creating a home filled with laughter, prayer, and kindness. Her faith guided her steps every day and her steadfast hope was an inspiration to everyone blessed to know her. Her proudest achievement was seeing all of her children and grandchildren come to know Jesus personally.

Becci was an avid hiker and looked forward to every moment hiking Sabino Canyon. She devoted those moments spending time praising and worshipping her Savior. She was a beloved dog person, breeding countless miniature schnauzers over the years, keeping the special ones for herself. She also looked forward to seeing her ladies in her weekly Bible study as well as spending precious time with her grandchildren.

She is remembered by her family: Husband: Jim Austin, Brother: Tim Mastny (Diana), Children: Troy (Amy) Austin, Jeremy (Marcia) Austin, Christi (Gregg) Whatley,
Grandchildren: Jonathan, Samuel, Elouise, and Elizabeth Austin, Brielle, Kailin, and Annabel Whatley, along with countless friends as well as her church family who rejoice that she is now in the presence of her Lord.
