Rebecca "Becky" Cole, age 65, passed away on December 5, 2025, in Old Hickory, Tennessee. Born on September 6, 1960, in Nashville, Tennessee, Becky brought warmth and laughter to those around her throughout her life.
Known for her outgoing nature and infectious sense of humor, Becky was always ready with a smile or a joke. Her friendly spirit made her a beloved presence among friends and family alike. She had a deep love for animals and a passion for antique cars that reflected her appreciation for both companionship and craftsmanship.
Though she did not participate in formal religion, Becky was a deeply spiritual person who found strength and guidance through her twelve-step program. Her journey through recovery was marked by resilience and honesty, and she remained committed to the principles that helped shape her path.
Becky is lovingly remembered by her wife, Terry Ballard; her brother Shane Cole; nephews Chris and Brandon Cole; niece Shannon Cole, great-nephew Carson Cole; great-niece Piper Cole; and sister-in-law Joanie Cole. She was preceded in death by her mother Lena Cole, father Dewey Cole, brother Steve Cole, and sister Janet Cole.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her best—those who shared in her laughter, leaned on her strength, and were touched by her unwavering spirit.
