Rebecca "Becca" Grady, a beloved daughter, sister, mother, and friend, passed away on March 30, 2026, in Dauphin County, PA, just days before her 35th birthday. Born in Hazleton, Becca brought light and warmth into the world from the very beginning.
Becca had an extraordinary ability to brighten any room she entered. Her smile and laughter were gifts that could lift spirits and bring comfort to those around her. She had a unique way of making people feel seen and loved, even while facing her own challenges. Her selflessness and strength were hallmarks of her character, and she carried a heart full of love for everyone she encountered.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Joseph and Janice Baran; her maternal grandfather, Tally Grady; and her infant daughter, Kinsley. The thought of Becca reunited with Kinsley brings solace to those who loved her.
Becca leaves behind a family who cherished her deeply. She is survived by her father, Vincent Baran, and stepmother Megan Baran (“Mama”); her estranged biological mother, Misti Grady; her brothers Erik and Zachery; and her sisters Makenzie, Maddie, and Gabby.
Her children—Ryan (“Ry-Ry”), J’son, Raelynn, and her newborn—were the center of her world. They were the source of her greatest joy and purpose in life.
She is also survived by her beloved Nana, Linda Grady, whom she adored; her Aunt Tiki, who stood by her side through many struggles; and Uncle Bubba. Additionally, numerous other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and countless others whose lives she touched will forever remember Becca’s kindness and love.
Becca’s story is one of resilience and an unwavering spirit that refused to dim despite life’s challenges and childhood traumas. Though her time here was far too brief, the love she shared and the memories she created will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
A celebration of Becca’s life will be held by her father’s side of the family. Details will be shared at the convenience of the family.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever remembered.
