Richard Guy Boyle

Richard Guy Boyle, 87, of Sarasota, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2026.

Richard was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Muriel, and a proud and loving father to Kerry Porter, Kimberly Weidlich and her husband Daniel, and his late son, Kyle Boyle. He was a cherished grandfather to Cody Porter, Taylor Porter, Nicholas Weidlich, Jeffrey Weidlich, Madison Boyle, and Megan Boyle. He was also blessed with a great grandson, Walker Weidlich, who brought him special joy.

He was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Alan Porter.

Richard proudly served his country in the United States Army, an experience that shaped his lifelong sense of duty, integrity, and commitment. Following his military service, he built a distinguished career as a business executive, earning the respect of colleagues and friends through his leadership, dedication, and strong work ethic.

Outside of his professional life, Richard found great happiness in traveling to Maine, a place he deeply loved for its natural beauty and peaceful charm. Time spent there brought him joy and lasting memories with family.
Richard will be remembered for his steadfast devotion to his family, his quiet strength, and the pride he took in the lives and accomplishments of his children and grandchildren. His legacy of love, service, and perseverance will live on in all who knew him.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
