Richard Fierro

Richard "Junior" Fierro, born on November 6, 1944, in Fresno, California, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2026, in his hometown of Fresno at the age of 81.

Richard attended Central High School in Fresno and went on to build a dedicated career with Reynolds Metal Co. and later Allwire Inc, where he was known for his hard work and commitment. His professional life reflected his strong work ethic and determination.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife Virginia (Ginger), his son Chris, his sister Connie, many nieces and nephews, stepson Todd and wife Judy, stepdaughter Terri and his canine companion Benji. Richard's family was a source of great pride and joy throughout his life.

A lifelong resident of Fresno, Richard’s roots ran deep in the community he called home. His memory will be cherished by those who knew him.

May his memory bring comfort to all who mourn his passing. A Memorial Service will be held on April 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM at New Hope Community Church 4620 E. Nees Ave, Clovis Ca. 93611. Reception and lunch to follow on premises.
