Robert Lee "Bobby" Belcher, born on November 15, 1950, in West Virginia, passed away on November 26, 2025, in Norfolk, Virginia. He was 75 years old.
Bobby lived a full and vibrant life marked by hard work, deep connections with family and friends, and an unmistakable charisma that left a lasting impression on everyone he met. Over the years, he pursued many careers—working as a pipefitter, ironworker, and truck driver—each role reflecting his strong work ethic and adaptability.
He had a magnetic personality and was known for being a true social butterfly. Bobby never met a stranger; his warm presence and willingness to offer advice made him a cherished figure in every circle he entered. Whether sharing stories or lending a helping hand, he brought people together with ease and sincerity.
Outside of work, Bobby found joy in the rodeo scene and the car scene—two passions that reflected his adventurous spirit and love for community gatherings. But above all else, he treasured time spent with his loved ones.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife Kathy; daughter Lorraine (Joey); sons Bryan (Eran) and Roy; grandchildren Evan, Riley, Alex, Landon, and Cayla; brothers Gary and Pat; and sister Pam as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family. His memory also lives on in the hearts of countless friends who were touched by his kindness and humor.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Ola Mae and Roy.

A celebration of life will be held on December 7, 2025 at Venue 1225, 5300 Kemps River dr suite 126 from noon-4pm.
