Robert Warren "Bob" McNair, a warm, gentle soul dearly loved by many,
left his earthly family to be with the Lord and His Heavenly Family at 7pm
on December 7, 2025. He was 82 years old. Born in 1943, Bob
grew up in Memphis, graduating from Humes High School and earned his
Bachelor of Science degree from Christian Brothers University. He built a
successful, long career as a Certified Public Accountant and Financial
Manager. A man of strong faith, Bob exemplified a warm and
gentle spirit that endeared him to many. He was an avid fisherman and
enjoyed golfing, duck hunting and spending time with his beloved family.
In his later years, he was blessed to find companionship with his wife,
Gina. Together, they cherished taking weekend trips together, watching old
westerns and spoiling their grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by his late wife, Becky; his daughter, Melody;
and his granddaughter, Meryl. Bob is survived by his devoted wife, Regina
McNair; his son, Robert McNair II, and wife, Trish; his stepson, Danny
Grubbs, and wife, Kelly; grandson, Lucas Wilson, and wife, Sierra;
grandchildren, Lana, Locklyn, Tucker, Travis and his newest
great-granddaughter, Loretta Melody Wilson, named in honor of
his late daughter.
Bob can now rest in peace, having kept the faith and finished the race. As the
Apostle Paul wrote in 2 Timothy 4:7-8, "I have fought a good fight, I have
finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth, there us laid up for me a
crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at
that day."
Bob leaves behind a legacy of a life well-lived and a spirit that will be
missed by all who knew him.
