Robert Cary Solomon

Robert Cary Solomon passed away in March 2026 at the age of 37.

Born on April 17, 1988, in Silver Spring, Maryland, Robert lived in Rockville and Gaithersburg, Maryland, as well as Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, and Frederick, Maryland. He was a graduate of Jefferson High School and Fairmont State University. Throughout his life, he formed meaningful relationships and left a lasting impression on those around him.

Robert had a heart of gold and a naturally kind and gentle spirit. He was someone who made others feel welcome and cared for, often putting the needs of those he loved before his own. He found joy in working in the restaurant industry, where his warmth and personality shined. Outside of work, Robert loved golfing, fishing, traveling, and taking on DIY projects. He appreciated life’s simple moments and the people he shared them with.

He is survived by his father, Robert Solomon (Margaret); his sister, Brittany Webb (Derek); and his brother, Brenden Solomon (Courtney). He was a proud uncle to his nephew, Jackson, and his niece, Olivia.

Robert’s life was filled with love, even through his struggles. He will be remembered for his kindness, his laughter, and the genuine way he connected with others. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.

In honor of Robert, the family encourages compassion and support for those affected by addiction, and kindness toward those who may be silently struggling.
