Robert Taylor

Robert "Bob" Taylor passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on Monday, February 16, 2026.

He is survived by his partner, Stephanie Moore; his son, Bobby Taylor and wife Alyssa; and his daughter, Brooke Emerson and her husband Blake. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Madelyn and Callan Taylor.

Robert is further survived by his parents, Carol and Tom Casella; his brothers, Glenn Taylor and his wife Kristen, and Kory Taylor; his sister, Cheryl Cadigan; and his nieces and nephews, Alicia, Stephen, Jake, and Joshua.

Robert enjoyed spending time by the water, fishing, and being with the people he loved most. He was also a devoted fan of Boston sports and could often be found following his favorite New England teams. He had a great sense of humor, often finding something funny in the most ordinary moments and making the people around him laugh. Those who knew him will remember his presence, his stories, and the time shared together.

A celebration of life will be held on March 28 at 11:00am at the Community Church of East Gloucester, located at 7 Chapel Street, Gloucester, Massachusetts 01930.

Family and friends are invited to attend and honor his life.
