Robert Lee "Jello" Turner, born on October 20, 1956, in Madison, Wisconsin, passed away on December 16, 2025, in DeForest, Wisconsin. He was 69 years old. He was married to Mary Pat (Bell) Turner on February 29, 1992.

Robert spent his life on the road and in the hearts of those who knew him. A dedicated over-the-road truck driver, he built a career that spanned decades and countless miles. His work reflected his strong sense of independence and commitment to getting the job done—qualities that defined much of his life.

Beyond his profession, Robert was a proud 35-year member of CCRMC, a community that brought him camaraderie and lifelong friendships. He had a deep love for motorcycling, often finding peace and freedom on two wheels. Whether cruising down backroads or attending gatherings with fellow riders, motorcycling was more than a hobby—it was a passion that brought him joy and connection.

Robert also had a special place in his heart for animals, especially his beloved pet dogs who were constant companions throughout the years.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Pat (Marilyn) Turner; father, Robert (Mary) Turner; step-children, Scott (Amy) Heyn; Joel Heyn; Lee (Melissa) Gibbs; Megan (Branden Guhl) Ziegler; son, Dan (Shanna) Grossman; siblings, Mark (Jane) Turner; Mary (Jim) Kleinhans; Steven Dickerson; David Black; Howard (Kari Nelson) Black; Heather (Rich) Schneider; Lorrie (Chance) Hightower; Lisa (Randy) Washenesky; grandchildren, Samantha Heyn; Hunter Heyn; Jenna Gibbs; Kendall Gibbs; numerous nieces and nephews. Each held a unique place in Robert's life and carry forward memories of time spent together.

He was preceded in death by his mother Sharon Black and brother Craig Black.

A celebration of life in his honor will be held later on a date to be announced.

May Robert's memory bring comfort to those who knew him and may the roads ahead be smooth for all who ride in his honor.
