Robert D. Vorasky, beloved husband, father, and craftsman, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025.
He was the husband of Mary (deceased) and the proud father of five children: Patricia, Mary Ann, Robert, Lorraine, and Joanne.
A gifted carpenter, he approached his work with pride, precision, and deep respect for his craft. His attention to detail and the care he put into every project reflected not only his skill but also his love for creating things that would last. His hands built more than structures — they built a legacy of dedication and excellence.
He was also a talented and creative cook and baker, and at 87 years old, he remained active in the kitchen. With an ever‑inquisitive mind, he enjoyed taking on new challenges and applied his knowledge in both practical and imaginative ways.
Through the way he lived, he taught his children the enduring values of hard work, discipline, diligence, integrity, honesty, and perseverance. These lessons, lived out daily in his example, remain among the greatest gifts he leaves behind.
We will forever cherish the good memories, the quiet moments, the laughter, and the many gifts he brought into our lives. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
His favorite song was Ticket to Heaven by Dire Straits. May he forever rest in peace in the arms of our Savior.
