Robyn M. Partridge 53, Bangor passed away peacefully at NLEMMC with family at her side after a life long journey with a genetic condition that she fought with such courage, strength, and grace.
Robyn had such a love for life. She brought joy to everyone she knew near and far. The Countless friends she called her family to whom she adored. Her family meant everything to her. She loved anything and everything nature. Hiking, fishing to which she always made it known she could never be "out fished." She loved the ocean, beach trips, kayaking, car drives to unknown destinations, photography, gardening, and most of all her love for all Gods creatures big and small. The memories and stories of her love for animals and her unwavering efforts to save them all will live on forever through laughter and smiles.
Her two Cats Squint and Smudge. Her "bonus children" She loved her fur babies with all her heart. Her "babies" gave and received true unconditional love.
Robyn is pre deceased by her grandparents Hollis and Marion Smith of Carmel. Roland and Ellie Partridge of Kenduskaeg. Her father Steven Partridge of Kenduskaeg and her brother Robert of Kenduskaeg.
Robyn is survived by her mother Bonnie Partridge of Bangor whom she loved and adored so very much. She saw no greater gift than the love between a mother and their child.
Her children. Her most treasured gift. Joshua Lally and his fiancée Taryn of Yarmouth. Cameron Drottar and his wife Bethany of Old Town. Robyn could not have loved her children more. They were her life, her joy, the love she held for her children was a binding love that will forever live on within them. Indescribable, an unbreakable bond only a mother carries for her Children.
One Granddaughter, Aerith "Meme's Little Chickadee" Her love for her granddaughter was endless. Everyday she made sure everyone knew that her Little Chickadee was the greatest joy she has ever felt. The greatest gift ever given and received.
Three sisters Teresa Partridge of Bangor, Kristin Goddard of Hudson, Dawne Trueworthy of Bangor and one Step Sister Cindy Bridges of Kenduskaeg. Robyn loved to reminisce of her childhood and held her memories as cherished moments in time.
Her nieces and nephews. Nick, Mathew, Dustin, Jimmy, Brynn, Brody, and Cora. She had a special bond with each to which she held close to her everyday.
Her two Great Nieces. Isabelle and Gracelynn. She cherished her beach trips finding heart rocks, wishing rocks, and exploring all gods sea creatures with "Aunty's little nugget Izzy." Memories forever etched.
Robyn loved all Children. She took each and every child she met under her wing and countless called her and will forever call her "Mom."
Robyn is survived by countless others to all she called her "Family" From the West Coast to the East Coast someone somewhere will forever remember her smile and her endless love.
Robyn had a way of living life to the fullest. Each day was another gifted moment to enjoy everyone and everything she could. She had such a love for people. Quick witted, a heart full of Grace to where she wanted everyone to feel joy, happiness, and peace.
A special Thank you to Dr. Cassidy, Dr. Joe and the entire medical team whom gave everything they could this past year to giving Robyn the gift of another day. Her only wish was to have more time. They gave her the gift of time. For as long as they could. Emily Braley for making it possible for Robyn to come home and have the one thing she wanted most. Family.
Per Robyn's personal request there will be no services for the public.
Until we are able to see her again she personally asked that everyone live fiercely in their present moments, cherish those moments, embrace the joy of life and never let a day pass to say, "I love you." She asked that you cherish nature, plant a tree, plant some flowers, take care of all Gods creatures big and small.
Donations and gifts can be made per her request to any local animal shelter, nature preserve, Audubon of your choice.
Robyn never said, "Goodbye." She only ever said, "See you soon."
