Roderick "Bud" Robinson, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2026, in Angels Camp, California. Born on December 30, 1930, in Atascadero, California, Bud lived a full and meaningful life of 95 years.

Bud graduated from Atascadero High School in 1949 and went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fresno State College in 1956. Shortly after completing his education, he embarked on a long and successful career as an independent claims adjuster. From 1956 until his retirement in 2005, Bud was self-employed in this field, demonstrating dedication and perseverance throughout nearly five decades of work.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Bud proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy from 1952 to 1954. His time in the Navy was a testament to his commitment to service and duty.

Bud’s personal life was marked by his deep love for his family and his passions for hunting and golf. These hobbies brought him joy and fulfillment over the years and were a reflection of his appreciation for the outdoors and camaraderie.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Marlene Robinson; his daughter Kimberly Bloom and her husband Marty McMahan; his son Kelly Robinson and his wife Kristi Robinson; as well as his cherished grandchildren Christine Robinson, Nicole Robinson, Courtney Hintz and her husband Beau Hintz, Breann Robinson, and Oliver Bloom. Bud also leaves behind one great-grandchild, Wallace Hintz. His family was the cornerstone of his life, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A man of integrity and warmth, Bud touched the lives of many through both his personal relationships and professional endeavors. He will be remembered fondly by family members and friends alike for the legacy he leaves behind.
