Roger "Wayne" Theriault, 77, passed away peacefully at home in Fremont, New Hampshire, on December 16, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.

Born in Lincoln, Maine, Wayne served his country with honor as a Private First Class in the United States Army from 1970 to 1976. During his service with the Army Security Agency (ASA), he earned the National Defense Service Medal and the Marksman Badge for the M-16 rifle. He received an honorable discharge after completing his military duties.

Wayne dedicated decades of his professional life to Bose Corporation, where he worked in Research and Development. His innovative spirit later led him to a brief tenure in R&D for medical equipment. Though illness eventually brought his career to a close, it also allowed him some time to immerse himself in the passions that brought him joy.

A man of many talents and interests, Wayne was an award-winning amateur photographer known for his striking black and white film images, which he developed in his own darkroom. A devoted audiophile and music lover, he could often be found listening to his favorite records or playing along on his guitar for hours on end. His enthusiasm for technology was evident in his love of computers—especially when sharing that interest with grandchildren during their younger years.

Wayne was also a passionate motorcycle enthusiast who cherished riding alongside his Brothers and friends. These rides were more than a pastime; they were moments of freedom and camaraderie that deeply enriched his life.

For nearly three decades, Wayne shared a deep and loving bond with Theresa Langone, his partner and soul mate. He embraced her children and grandchildren as his own, creating lasting memories filled with warmth and affection He also leaves behind many family members and friends who will remember him for his creativity, loyalty, and quiet strength.

Wayne requested no formal services or funeral. In accordance with his wishes, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date for family and friends to gather in remembrance.

As a tribute to Wayne’s memory, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
