Ronald “Scott” Elfstrom, affectionately known as “Preacher Man,” passed away on April 14, 2025. He leaves behind a legacy of resilience, compassion, and a life lived on his own terms.
He spent much of his life on the streets, where he became a familiar and memorable presence to those who crossed his path. Despite life’s hardships, he was known for his spirit, his voice, and the connections he made with others along the way.
He is survived by his daughter, Whitney Elfstrom, and her husband Luke, as well as his son, Ethan Ronald Elfstrom. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and those who knew him.
Scott’s life reminds us of the humanity in every story and the impact one person can have, no matter the circumstances.
