Ronald James Hancock, Born December 6th, 1962, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loved ones on December 25th, 2025, after a short battle with cancer. He is predeceased by his father, Russell Bunyan Hancock, his mother, Patsy Ruth Hancock, and his brother, Rusty Belmont Hancock. Ronnie is survived by his son River (Megan) Hancock, brother Billy (Krystal) Hancock, and his nephews Trevor and Christopher.

Born and raised in Myrtle Beach, SC, Ronnie built a legacy by providing mechanical contracting services alongside his son. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, speeding down the river, and riding motorcycles around town. When Ronnie was not providing exceptional service through his company All Service of Myrtle Beach or spending time outdoors, you could find him at a dirt bike track with his son. Ronnie was well known in the racing community and built many of the tracks that are still being enjoyed today. To know Ronnie was to love him, he was the type of man who would give you the shirt off his back or tell a joke that could make the whole room laugh. Ronnie was an exceptional person who truly loved his family, his dog Leaf, and doing practically anything outside. He was hard working and cultivated strong bonds with his lifelong friends who became family. Ronnie held a special place in his heart for Trena Small, his ex-wife and friend of 41 years. Some of Ronnie's best memories included River, Trena, and often a dirt bike track. Together they made numerous friends throughout their racing years with River that will continue to remain strong even after his passing. Ronnie will be deeply and truly missed by everyone who knew him, but especially his son who was his best buddy above all else.

A Memorial Service will be held on December 30, 2025, from 02:00 PM to 03:00 PM at Lewis Crematory and Funeral Services, LLC 4947 US Highway 17 Bypass South
