Rosalie Jo Wright Turner, 81, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2026, in Mesa, AZ. Born on February 13, 1944, in Syracuse, NY. She graduated from St. Mary’s high school in Phoenix, Az. Then started her long career of bookkeeping/accounting.
Rosalie lived a life rooted in faith, service, and devotion to her family, church and community. A devout Catholic throughout her life, Rosalie was deeply committed to her church and its teachings. Her spiritual journey was marked by active participation in parish life—first at St. Vincent’s Church, where she dedicated herself to the youth group, and later at St. Jerome’s Church. At St. Jerome’s, she took on a wide range of responsibilities with joy and humility: counting collections, setting up and tearing down events, ushering during services, and serving as a Eucharistic Minister. Her willingness to serve wherever needed reflected her generous spirit and unwavering faith.
Rosalie's kindness extended far beyond the church. She was always the first to offer a helping hand—whether volunteering with the Girl Scouts or supporting youth programs—and she found great fulfillment in giving back to others. Her warmth and compassion left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Family was at the heart of Rosalie’s world. She cherished every opportunity to gather with loved ones and never missed a celebration—be it a holiday, birthday, graduation, or any special occasion. Her smile brought joy to those around her.
Rosalie is lovingly remembered by her three children; brothers; grandchildren; nieces and nephews; cousins. She now joins in eternal rest her beloved son Albert; her parents Walter and Mary Wright; her grandparents; her sister Mary Jean; and her brother Daniel” Doc” and many friends.
Rosalie’s legacy is one of faith in action—a life lived with purpose through service to others and devotion to family. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.
