Roseanne Stevwing, 60, passed away on November 7, 2025, in Wailuku, Hawaii - her favorite place. Born on September 10, 1965, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Roseanne lived a life defined by compassion, generosity, and unwavering devotion to those she loved.

Roseanne was known for her outgoing spirit and boundless kindness. She gave freely of her time and energy to help others—whether it was shoveling snow for elderly neighbors or offering a listening ear to a friend in need. Her selflessness was most evident when both her parents became ill; without hesitation, she left her life in Columbus and returned to Pittsburgh to care for them during their final days. It was simply who she was—steadfastly loving and deeply committed.

She had a creative soul and expressed herself through bracelet making and tie-dye t-shirts. Her hands were rarely still; they were often busy crafting gifts or preparing meals that brought people together. An exceptional cook and baker, Roseanne's culinary specialties included fruit pizza, ox tail soup, and kluski—a dish she especially enjoyed making with her sister Rochelle during visits. Their shared tradition of preparing a large pan of kartoflane kluski became a cherished ritual among family.

Animals held a special place in Roseanne's heart. Even when money was tight, she made sure the local cats were fed and cared for. Her love extended beyond words—she adorned herself with tattoos that honored the people and moments that shaped her life. Each design told a story of someone she loved or cared for deeply.

Roseanne also served as an informal caregiver to many friends and family members throughout her life. Her nurturing nature made her a source of comfort and strength to those around her.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Victoria Stevwing; her sister Rochelle (Shelly) Somerville; sisters-in-law Paula Somerville, Lisa Stevwing, and Janet Stevwing; brothers Mark Stevwing and Kenneth Stevwing; niece Gabby Somerville; as well as many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and countless cousins.

She now joins in rest her beloved grandmother Rosalia Yeschke; father Richard Stevwing Sr.; mother Mary Ann (Yeschke) Stevwing; sister Mary Stevwing; and brother Richard Stevwing Jr.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Pittsburgh at Zalewski's Funeral Home.

May Roseanne's memory bring comfort to all who knew her and may the legacy of her love continue to shine brightly in the lives she touched. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to your local no-kill animal shelter or the Alzheimer's Association.
