Send Flowers
92 years of age and longtime resident of Whitehall, passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 27, 2026 in the home of her daughter and son-in-law.

Born in Shenandoah on March 6, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Antonette M. (Meffesky) Beachum and the late Joseph Dudis.

Rosemarie was a graduate of J.W. Cooper High School in Shenandoah. She worked at the Army Navy Store for many years before retiring. She was a member of Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church in Whitehall. Rosemarie was a devout Catholic, she loved Jesus, her friends, and family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was happiest doing work around the house, watching her soap operas, or doing the daily cryptoquote. She was thoughtful and caring and never forgot anyone's birthday, making sure the cards were mailed early, usually with a scratch-off lottery ticket enclosed.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Helen M. Morekin with husband David C. of Whitehall; grandchildren Michael D. Morekin (Susane), Matthew D. Morekin, Michele D. Stephens (Timothy), Melanie D. Hippenstiel (Matthew); great-grandchildren, Noah, Isaac, Maci, Violet, Myles, Cole, Maverick, Millie, Lucy, Max, and Ivy. She was pre-deceased by a baby granddaughter.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Fr. Joseph J. Kweder on Thursday February 5, 2026 at 10:00 am in Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church 618 Fullerton Avenue, Whitehall, PA 18052, where her viewing will begin at 9:00 am.

Private interment will be held at Saint Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery in Shenandoah.
