Russell Mollica, 77, of Swanzey, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2025. Born on July 13, 1948, in Waterbury, Connecticut, he was the beloved son of the late Russell R. Mollica and Betty Jane (Austin) Mollica.

Russell earned his bachelor's degree from Eastern Nazarene College and went on to become a successful entrepreneur. Over the course of his career, he founded and operated multiple businesses specializing in HVAC services for both residential and commercial clients. His dedication to hard work and innovation left a lasting mark in the industry and among those who worked with him.

A devoted husband, father, and brother, Russell is survived by his loving wife Paula (Giordano) Mollica. He leaves behind five children: daughters Kim and her husband Matthew Conway; Kelly and her husband Lee Brown; Karina Mollica; and sons Anthony Mollica and his wife Christina; Domenic Mollica and his wife Anh. He also leaves eight cherished grandchildren: Bailey Finch, Anna Conway, Emma Conway, Cody Brown, Cameron Brown, Karianne Fayter, Rhea Mollica, and Cirilla Mollica. Russell is also remembered by his brother Robert Mollica and his wife Cathy; his sister Dianne Goyette and husband Glenn; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Russell had a passion for home remodeling and took great pride in transforming spaces with his own hands. He enjoyed deer hunting in the quiet woods, deep sea fishing on open waters, playing cards with friends or family around the table, and staying informed through his favorite Fox news channel. These hobbies brought him joy throughout his life.

A private celebration of life will be held to honor Russell's life.
