A celebration of life will be held on June 13, 2026 to honor and remember Sam who passed away in Buffalo, NY, age 51. Born on December 21st in Buffalo, Sam is survived by his four children, Salvatore, Katie, Molly, and Alyssa.

Friends and family are invited to gather at Emery Park, Shelter 11 in South Wales, NY to share stories, laughter, and memories of Sam.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly ask that donations be made to Creative Restorations, Inc., www.creativerestorationsinc.org, in honor of Sam's life and legacy.

Sam will forever remain in our hearts.
