Sandra Powell

Sandra L. Powell, 69, passed away on November 26, 2025, in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Born on November 7, 1956, in Salem, Indiana, Sandra lived a life marked by compassion and quiet dedication.

Throughout her career at Bridges of Bent Creek, Sandra found great fulfillment in caring for the residents. Her work was more than a job—it was a calling that reflected her deep empathy and commitment to others. Those who knew her through her professional life remember her as someone who brought warmth and kindness into every room she entered.

Sandra had a special fondness for cats, and her love for them was a constant source of joy and comfort throughout her life.

She is lovingly remembered by her sisters Teresa Arnold and wife Crystal, and Rita Logsdon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews , cousins and a host of friends. Sandra was preceded in death by her father Robert L. Powell Sr., mother Lula P. Powell, brother Robert L. Powell Jr., as well as her maternal and paternal grandparents. She is also preceded in death by a niece, nephew, cousins, and a host of aunts and uncles.
