Sari L Siegel

Sari L. Siegel, beloved wife of the late Preston Siegel, was born and raised in Milwaukee before beginning her family in Morton Grove, Illinois. She built a life centered on family, friendship, and the people she loved most.

She was the devoted mother of Bradley (Cindy) Siegel, Cheryl Siegel and her partner Jim Kilarjian, and Jeffrey (Tricia) Siegel, and the proud grandmother of Jessica Siegel, Preston Siegel, and Owen Siegel.

Sari had a love for cruising and eagerly anticipated every adventure at sea and each new excursion. She enjoyed playing mahjong, took pride in always having her nails done, and had a special fondness for beautiful jewelry. She especially treasured her trips Las Vegas to spend time with her beloved sisters, Enid (Wes) Basswitz and Rona (the late Edward) Mintz. In her final decade, she shared her life with her best friend and partner, Marc Berlow.

Services will be held Friday at 11:30 AM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 North Buffalo Grove Road (1 Block North of Lake Cook Road), Buffalo Grove. Interment at Shalom Memorial Park.
