Sharon was also predeceased by her honorary son Pooh whom she loved dearly.
She grew up in Mt. Clemens and was a very knowledgeable history buff, mineral bath houses and all. She reminisced of days playing on her grandparents’ farm which is where she developed her love for ALL things PIGS!! Sharon help to raise her 2 baby sisters during some rough years, her family was of catholic faith, “Sharee” attended Mt. Clemens High School and also helped raise her brothers-in-law once married. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, live music and loved her some Stevie Wonder and Elvis!! Her favorite son-in-law Mark dressed up as Elvis for Sharon on the year of the stars passing.
Sharon loved blue moon ice cream from Miller Bros., Cloverleaf Pizza, cheeseburgers, slapstick comedies, Chevy Chase, The Golden Girls and even had a pig tattoo on her leg. She was a dog person to her core and adored her Boxer, Bandit AND had an extreme fascination for hot air balloons her entire life. 💜
She married Donald Floyd in her late teens, a couple of years later she was joined in matrimony to Edward W. Crozier III “Fast Eddie” for over 26 years and she loved him always. She worked as a switchboard operator for Selfridge Air Base, a secretary for Cadillac Memorial Gardens Cemetery, she attended classes at Macomb Community College and became a legal investigator with a focus on medical malpractice. She attended St. Margret’s Parish for many years, was a eucharistic minister and also taught catechism.
Her final 20 + years were spent being cared for by her daughter Denise, and her grandson Parris (her Pare Pare) she also loved spending time with her 2 year old great granddaughter, Xavya (Riyanna’s/ Sugie’s daughter), which brought her so much joy!!!
Her eyes always lit up at the sight of her grandchildren: John, James, Jeremy, Jesse, Mark, Paul, Justine, Shelby, Kaylee, Riyanna and Parris. She also leaves to cherish her memory, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and family friends.
She’ll be remembered as having a warm personality, the gift to gab, along with a great sense of humor. For many years she was the prefect hostess and always had a full house. To spite the profound heartbreak Sharon endured she remained cheerful and loving, it’s truly a blessing that dementia helped to ease some of that burden in recent years.
Five foot two, eyes of blue, and ‘Beauty’ was her name, that’s my momma.💜
There will be a celebration of life held at a later date. The family truly appreciates all of the thoughtful words and prayers that have been sent their way.
