Sharon Faust-Doremus

Sharon Faust-Doremus, 68, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2026, after a courageous 14-year battle with cancer. Born on March 19, 1957, in Riverside, New Jersey, Sharon faced life's challenges with quiet strength and grace, holding tightly to the people she loved most.

As one of five siblings, Sharon learned early on the importance of caring for others. Helping her family from a young age shaped her into the strong and selfless woman so many came to depend on. For Sharon, family was not just important, it was everything.

Her love was steady, patient, and unconditional. Known affectionately as "Shar," "Mommom," or "Mom," even by those who weren't related by blood, she had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel welcome. Her home was more than just a house; it was a gathering place filled with warmth, laughter, and the comfort of knowing you were loved.

Sharon carried so much on her shoulders yet never stopped giving. She created a legacy of love that will continue to inspire all who knew her.

She is survived by her children: Harold Doremus (Brandi), Michael Doremus (Kelly), and Tasha Doremus; her cherished grandchildren: Kirsten Doremus-Scalf (Garrett), Kayla Srymanske (Garret), Nick Doremus, Calvin Doremus, Marissa Doremus, Michael Doremus Jr., Mason Doremus, Kaleigh Miller, Olivia Hatfield, Delilah Doremus, Bane Hatfield, and Aubrey Doremus; her precious great-grandchildren; her siblings: Patricia Vazquez, John Faust, and Tim D'Amico; as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.

Sharon meant more to us than words can fully express. Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we are forever grateful for the time we had with her and for the love she gave so freely. That love will remain with us always.
