Sharon Kay Hedrick

Sharon Kay Hedrick (nee Dunfee) passed away suddenly on June 24, 2019 at home in Winter Springs, Florida. She was born in Huntington, West Virginia on April 26, 1941. She was preceded in death by her parents, Macie Dunfee (nee Gillispie) and Howard Dunfee. As well as her much loved uncle, Charles N. English (d. 2005) and aunt, Hazel English (nee Gillispie) (d. 2006). She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Jimmie Hedrick of Winter Springs, Florida, as well as two daughters, Kimberly Molon (Mark) and Macie Tracy (Chris), as well as five grandchildren all from Orlando, Florida. Sharon attended 20th Street Baptist Church in Huntington, West Virginia and was married there in 1960. She retired from Bloss & Dillard, Managing General Agents in Huntington, WV in 1984. She owned Hedrick Insurance Agency in Proctorville, Ohio before moving to Florida in 1985. She travelled extensively in Europe and had many adventures prior to her death. Reger Funeral Home is handling her arrangements. She will have no public visitation and will be interred in her family mausoleum at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens on June 29, 2019 with services starting at 11 a.m. Rev. Jerry Galloway will give her message. Friends and family are welcome to attend.
