Sherry Lynn Osborne Russell

Sherry Lynn (Osborne) Russell, born on May 12, 1948, in Middletown, Ohio, passed away on February 17, 2026, in Granville, Ohio. She was the beloved daughter of the late Norman and Donna (Lenharr) Osborne and the cherished older sister of Gary Osborne and Jack Osborne.

Sherry graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Her life was defined by her unwavering Christian faith and her dedication to serving others. As an educator, she specialized in children’s ministry and worked tirelessly in social services and community support to uplift the vulnerable, making a meaningful difference in the lives of many. Her kindness, generosity, and compassion left an indelible mark on all who knew her.

She was a devoted mother to her three children: Nathaniel Russell, Charlotte Russell Solomon, and Marjorie Russell Parikh. Sherry also found immense joy in being a grandmother to Hailey Solomon, Matthew Solomon, and Sunal Parikh.
