Siouxzi Foxxen

Siouxzi Foxxen, also known by her birth name of Susan Jean Martins, passed away of natural causes on February 1, 2026 at her home in Vallejo, California at the age of 60.

Born on June 30, 1965, in Holliston, Massachusetts, she is the daughter of Louis B. Martins and the late Agnes (Grenier) Martins. Siouxzi is survived by her sister AnneMarie and her three brothers Michael, Greg, and Matthew. In addition to her mother, Siouxzi was preceded in death by her brother John.

Siouxzi attended Holliston High School, and in 1998 earned an Associate of Arts degree, majoring in Communications, from the College of Marin in California. In 2005 Siouxzi received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Dominican University in San Rafael, California.

Siouxzi is best known for her love of cats, her interest in preventing animal cruelty and her business Mystical Designs, in which she offered her custom-made jewelry and crafts. Her hobbies included reading, cooking, gardening, interior design, and pet competitions.

Siouxzi will be laid to rest at Notre Dame cemetery in Fall River, Massachusetts.
