Stacey Zettle Williams, born Stacey Susan Zettle, passed away unexpectedly on December 30, 2025, at the age of 53. The cause of death is unknown.

Stacey was born on August 7, 1972, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and spent most of her life in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She passed away in Northfield, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Eileen Morgan; her father, Arnold Zettle; and her stepfather, George Morgan.

Stacey is survived by her aunts and uncles: Edward Rumin and his partner, Susan Kerr; Patricia Cygrymus (late Paul Cygrymus); Robert Rumin; MaryLynn Schultz; and Karen Rumin.

She is also survived by her cousins: Jennifer Rumin and Stephanie Eckert; Karen Browning, Michael Cygrymus, John Cygrymus, Daniel Cygrymus, and Kathy Stachera.

Stacey graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and spent much of her career at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where she formed lasting professional relationships and friendships she valued deeply.

She enjoyed global travel, time in the sunshine, and gathering with family and friends. Stacey had a deep love of animals and rescued many pets throughout her life. She is survived by her giant Flemish mix rescue bunny, Jojo; her dog, Freya; and her parakeets, Gargamel and Smurfette, who were cherished members of her family.

Stacey will be remembered for her gentle nature, warmth, an infectious laugh, a great sense of humor and a sincerity that made her unmistakably herself. Her passing has created a quiet but profound absence for those who knew and loved her.

No services are scheduled at this time. To honor Stacey’s love for animals, donations may be made in her memory to the Buckeye House Rabbit Society, as Jojo has since been returned to the BHRS organization where he was originally adopted and is currently in foster care:
