Stephani Jo Cooper, she was known affectionately as Steph, passed away on February 13, 2026, in Draper, Utah. She was 54 years old. Born on August 25, 1971, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Steph was a beloved figure in her community and among her family and friends.

Steph was surrounded by those who knew her best at the time of her passing. She leaves behind her husband, Scott Sielhorst, who has been her pillar of support. Her loving mother, JoAnn Belisle Watts, and father, Laurel Henry, will deeply miss her. Her brothers, Terry Talbot and Tobias Talbot, will cherish the memories they shared. Steph also had a special place in the hearts of her godchildren, Ashton Langner, Alexander Schiff, and Autumn Jackson. Additionally, her grandson, Rickey Jones, will always remember her kindness and love.

Steph was a person of many passions and interests. She found joy in crafting, a hobby that allowed her to express her creativity and share her handmade gifts with loved ones. Her love for rock and roll, especially Ozzy Osbourne, was a constant in her life, bringing a touch of her favorite music into every room she entered. Animals, particularly cats, were her greatest companions, and she often found solace in their company.

Steph was known for her kind and generous spirit. She was always willing to lend a helping hand, whether it was to a friend in need or a neighbor facing a challenge. Her love for the simple things in life, like stopping to smell the flowers (except stinky roses), reflected her appreciation for the beauty around her.

Steph's life was marked by her deep connections with those around her. Long-time friends Desiree Langner and Richard Sielhorst, who were like family to her, had passed before her.

Steph's memory will live on through the countless lives she touched with her kindness, creativity, and love for all things simple and beautiful. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her and celebrate the vibrant life she led.
