Steven Lee FitzPatrick

Steven Lee FitzPatrick passed away on February 13, 2026 in Toledo, OH.

Steve was born on April 16, 1958 in Lansing, MI and was preceded in death by his parents Patricia Suzanne Harvin Cesarz (Jerry), Kenneth Lee FitzPatrick, and sister Debra Stinson. He is survived by his daughters Corinne Mills (James) of Mason, and Megan FitzPatrick (Michael McCann) of Lansing, granddaughter Avery FitzPatrick, grandson Pavel Mills, and beloved cat Buddy.

Steve worked for many years as a long haul truck driver seeing dozens of states across the country, and retired in 2023 after scaling down and doing local logistics in Toledo. Steve loved drag races and NASCAR, fishing, video games, and a crisp Budweiser.

Steve developed Lymphoid Leukemia in 2023 and was later diagnosed with Lung Cancer in 2025. He was in remission from leukemia but ultimately succumbed to complications from lung cancer in his home. Steve will be remembered by his loved ones for the great summers they spent together up north with the family and fun weekend trips to the racetrack.

A memorial gathering will be held at a future date.
