Steven Nabors

Steven Nabors, 38, of Destin, Florida, passed away on April 2, 2026, and went to be with the Lord. Born on December 13, 1987, in Fort Myers, Florida, Steven was lovingly raised by his grandparents, Ron and Linda Pemberton. They were not only his grandparents but also his guiding presence throughout his life.

Steven was a devoted father whose greatest joy came from his children, Alijah and Isaiah. His love for them was steadfast and unwavering; they were the light of his life and his proudest accomplishments.

He is survived by his father, Steve; his mother, Tracy; his brother Kyle; and his sister Kailee. Steven will also be deeply missed by his extended family, including his great uncle and great aunt Joe and Laura Jackerson; his great uncle Tommy Jackerson; his aunt Debbie and uncle Jose; and his cousins Alexis, Aiden, and Alstin. Many other family members and friends who were touched by Steven’s kindness and love will carry forward the memories they shared with him.

Steven will be remembered for the deep love he had for his family and the cherished moments he created with those closest to him. Though his time here was far too short, the impact he made on the lives of others ensures that he will never be forgotten.

A Celebration of Life will be held on April 26, 2026, from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM at Shoreline Church, 140 Palmetto St, in Destin, Florida. May Steven’s memory bring comfort to all who knew him.
